The "Law of Health-Food Management" has been published by the presidential Order on 1999/2/3, and implemented after six month from the publishing day. Hence the health food has been under the requirements of "Law of Health-Food Management" since 1999/8/3.

According to: "Law of Health-Food Management", Clause 31.

Clause 31: This law is implemented six month after the publishing day.
