No smoking in public places
Content:
a) Government regulations According to Article 13 of the Tobacco Hazards Control Act, smoking is not allowed in the following places: library, classroom, laboratory, performance hall, auditorium, exhibition room, conference room, indoor gym and swimming pool, airplane, bus, tram car, taxi, ferry, elevator, train, mass transit system, kindergarten, medical facilities, postal offices, banking institutions, manufacturing and storage sites and other specified locations by the government.
b) Promote a smoke-free dining environment The BHP is encouraging the public to choose smoke-free restaurants where people could enjoy a pleasant and clean-air environment while dining.
